Decor Designs Price breakdown: Balloon column: $28 per FT ( standard column size- 10-12FT, 2 to 3 colors) Backdrop: $50- white, $90- custom colored Backdrop Personalization $50 (standard- 1 color, up to 5 words) Custom cutouts, treat walls, acrylic pieces and props are available upon request. Custom cutout and related orders need to be finalized 30 days before the event date. Price varies based on design, quantity and size. Delivery: $3 per mile (both ways) FREE delivery + $50 coupon if combined with Soft Play/Inflatable bookings. Sales Tax: 6.625%
Cancellation Policy
Balloon Design & Decor Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payments: • Retainer Fee: After the initial free booking request, a 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and initiate the design process. No date is held without a payment. • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due after delivery. 2. Changes & Cancellations • Changes: Requests to change colors, themes, or quantities must be made at least 14 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are subject to material availability and may incur additional costs. • Cancellations: If you cancel your event, the retainer remains non-refundable. Transfer of the remaining balance paid in full is available for a new date within 12 months of the initial event date. 3. Venue & Installation • Access: Clients must ensure the venue provides access at least 1 hour prior to the event start time (depending on the scale of the design, additional time may be required). Failure to appear/provide access to the setup location on time may result in termination of the order. • Attendant Role: Please note that any attendant provided is for child supervision purposes only (e.g., monitoring a bounce house/soft play area) and is not responsible for moving or maintaining balloon decor once installed. 4. Outdoor Installations & Longevity • Weather Disclaimer: Balloons are fragile by nature. We use high-quality, professional-grade latex, but we cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons placed outdoors. Heat, wind, and direct sunlight may cause balloons to pop or oxidize (velvet/matte look). • Safety: We do not offer refunds for balloons damaged by weather, rough handling by guests, or contact with sharp objects after we have left the site. 5. Strike & Teardown • Equipment Returns: All frames, hoops, and stands are the property of The Dodo PlayBounce and are provided on a rental basis. • Removal: Our rental equipment should remain untouched and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Pickup is not available past 7PM. Pickups past 7PM will be rescheduled for the next day.
