1. Choose the day of your convenience. 2. Complete our booking form-No deposits required. 3. You will receive a confirmation email with details. 4. Prior to your booking day- clear the area for us, including driveways and pathways. Check dimensions, check if power and water (for wet units) are available on site. If not- we have generators for rent. 5. The morning of your event- We will text you our ETA. We will have you show us the setup location, sign our rental agreement and process the payment. We will then secure, sanitize the unit and provide instructions/demonstration. 6. We will arrange a pickup time after your event end time to break down, clean and pick up the unit.
If dedicated 20A power outlet is not available within 50ft of the desired location, additional 50ft. can be provided to a maximum length of 100ft. If the desired location is more than 100ft. away from the closest power outlet a power generator will be required. We have available quiet generators for rent.
At The Dodo Playbounce Princeton, we prioritize safety and fun for all our customers. We recommend following the specific requirements for each unit, which depends on its type and size. Most units have a weight limit of 1000lbs. For example, our large bounce house can accommodate up to 10-12 children at once, while our slides allow about 7 children at a time with only 1 child sliding. It's important to follow our guidelines to ensure the best experience for everyone. Our team is happy to provide specific recommendations based on the rental you choose.
Setup is made between 8am and 12pm.
Once you complete our booking form, we will know the start time of your event. Your setup will be scheduled based on that time and based on our delivery schedule. You can expect us between 8am and 12pm on the day of your booking and we will text you our ETA prior to arriving.
*Weekday deliveries are made the previous evening, also based on weather conditions.
*Specific (early or late) drop off/pickup is available based on availability, for an additional fee.
Pickup is generally made the same day, between 5pm and 7pm. Pickup after 7PM is not available. For evening events, the inventory will be left overnight and picked up the next day, between 8am and 12pm, based on availability, delivery schedule and weather conditions. We will contact you and arrange a pickup time. Access to the inventory should be made available and all pathways should be cleared prior to our arrival.
Payment is due after delivery and before setup, although payment is available through an invoice that is typically emailed to you about a week prior to your event.
Our installer will have a QR code ready for you to scan, with your phone, for an even easier payment access.

2. **Power/Water Sources:** Next, we will need you to show us the power and/or water sources if your rental requires any. This helps us ensure the inflatable functions correctly and safely throughout your event.
3. **Sanitization and Final Check:** Our team will then sanitize the inflatable thoroughly, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety. We will also take photos of the setup, ensuring everything is documented and ready for your event.
4. **Paperwork and Payment:** After the setup details are confirmed, we will ask you to sign our paperwork and complete the payment process. This step is crucial to ensure all rental agreements are clear and finalized. We will have a QR code ready for you to scan for an easy payment access.

To be able to rent an inflatable/soft play you will need a clear pathway to the location, enough space with flat and clean surface, cleared of overhead obstacles (branches, wires) nice weather and a power/water (for wet units) source within 100 ft of the unit's location.
